What Maxi Nerdle Is#
Maxi Nerdle hides an equation of exactly 10 characters and gives you 6 guesses.
Maxi widens the character set as well as the grid: alongside digits and + − * /, answers can use brackets and the squared and cubed symbols, so the space of possible equations is far larger than Classic's. The variants guide compares every grid; the other verified sizes are Micro Nerdle answers and Mini Nerdle answers and Midi Nerdle answers and Speed Nerdle answers and Instant Nerdle answers.
What Maxi Adds Beyond Size#
Maxi is not just a longer Classic. Alongside the digits and + − * / you know, its ten-character answers can use brackets and squared/cubed operators, so expressions like (3+4)*6=42 enter the pool — and order-of-operations reasoning does far more work than in any other variant.
That changes strategy in kind, not just degree: a grey bracket is information about the answer's whole structure, not just one character, and multi-operator expressions mean intermediate results you never see. Treat your first two guesses as structure probes — where the equals sign sits, whether brackets appear at all — before spending guesses on specific digits. Check Nerdle's own Maxi instructions for the current character set; it is their rule to define.
Strategy for Maxi Nerdle#
Use each row to test plausible digits and operators. A grey duplicate rules out an extra copy, so keep any green or purple copies.
The Nerdle solver is built for Classic's eight-character grid and its equation pool, so it cannot rank guesses for Maxi Nerdle directly. The reasoning it demonstrates — eliminate widely first, then commit — transfers even though the tool does not. Every Nerdle answer collection lives under Nerdle answers.

Frequently Asked Questions#
What extra symbols does Maxi Nerdle use?
Beyond Classic's digits and + − * /, Maxi answers can include brackets and squared/cubed operators (per Nerdle's own instructions). That is why Maxi strategy leans on structure probes — brackets and operator placement — before digit hunting.
Can the Nerdle solver help with Maxi Nerdle?
This solver works with eight-character Classic Nerdle equations.
