What Micro Nerdle Is#

Micro Nerdle hides an equation of exactly 5 characters and gives you 6 guesses.

Only digits, + − * / and one equals sign appear, so the arithmetic is simpler than Classic's — the difficulty is in how few characters there are to work with, not in the maths. The variants guide compares every grid; the other verified sizes are Mini Nerdle answers and Midi Nerdle answers and Maxi Nerdle answers and Speed Nerdle answers and Instant Nerdle answers.

What shape is every Micro Nerdle answer?#

Five characters force the whole game into one shape: a single digit, one operator, a single digit, the equals sign, a single digit. There is nowhere else for the equals sign to go, so you know its position — the fourth tile — before your first guess.

A five-character Micro equation has three digit positions and one operator. Use the tile feedback to test which digits and operator fit.

Strategy for Micro Nerdle#

Use each row to test plausible digits and operators. A grey duplicate rules out an extra copy, so keep any green or purple copies.

The Nerdle solver is built for Classic's eight-character grid and its equation pool, so it cannot rank guesses for Micro Nerdle directly. The reasoning it demonstrates — eliminate widely first, then commit — transfers even though the tool does not. Every Nerdle answer collection lives under Nerdle answers.

Frequently Asked Questions#

What shape is every Micro Nerdle answer?

Digit, operator, digit, equals, digit — with only five characters and a mandatory equals sign, no other arrangement fits. The equals sign is always the fourth tile, which is why Micro solves so fast once you internalise it.

Can the Nerdle solver help with Micro Nerdle?

This solver works with eight-character Classic Nerdle equations.
